Cash on delivery
Cover Looks offers Cash on Delivery (COD) option that enables the customers to pay for the items bought only after receiving the package.
Orders- Minimum order amount required for COD is _______
- A shipping charge of amount _________ will be added with the net payable amount as a delivery service fee.
- You have to provide an active mobile number and e-mail id.
- An OTP will be sent to your mobile number which you have to use at the time of checkout.
- The OTP will remain active for 30 minutes.
- You can cancel the order within 6 hours of placing the order.
- After 6 hours, you can still try to cancel the order by calling our customer service.
- Customer service will try to cancel the order if there is any scope to do so.
- Shipping is normally done within two weeks of placing the order.
- Delay in shipping may happen due to bad weather, holidays, and festivals.
- The courier service delivering the order will collect the net amount due on behalf of Cover Looks.
- Please pay the correct amount to the delivery executive and keep your mobile number active.
- You can return the items in case you are not satisfied with the quality or whatsoever.

- Refund will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the package.
- In COD, the refunded amount will be credited to your Cover Looks wallet.
