For International Shipping, the standard delivery time is 7-10 days depending on the country of residence

All International orders are sent through DHL and FedEx.
How do International duties and taxes work?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you the cost as it varies from country to country.

How do I cancel my international order?
Please note that your order can only be cancelled before we have dispatched it to you. We have no way of cancelling it once it is shipped from our end. If you want to cancel the order before you receive a shipping notification mail from us, please drop us an e-mail on care@coverlooks.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Your cancellation request will be processed within 24 hours.
What is the return policy for International orders?
For all international orders, customers have to return the products themselves. Custom/Duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, or, when returned/Self-ship. These charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges. The order needs to be sent back to the following address Plot No-12, New DLF Industrial Area, Phase-1, Faridabad-121003 Haryana (INDIA) . Once we receive the product, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
Kindy note, in order to maintain hygiene standards, we do not allow return/exchange of Cover Looks skin Care products. Return/exchange is only permitted if the product(s) delivered to you is wrong or damaged. In case you receive a wrong/damaged product, please drop a mail to care@coverlooks.shop within 72 hours of receipt of the product to process the exchange/return.
What if I don't want to pay international duties and taxes on my order?
If you choose to not pay duties and taxes and refuse to accept the delivery of the product, the refund will be made after deducting the import charges we incur to ship the product back to India. If the return charges are higher than the order refund amount, no refund will be made.
By when can I self-ship the products that I wish to return?
You can self-ship the products you wish to return by any reliable courier service within 7 days of raising a return request. Please share the order number while sending the parcel at our warehouse. We request you to share the courier details with us on care@coverlooks.shop or WhatsApp us on +91-97-11111-077.
** Any product self-shipped beyond 7 days of raising a return request may not be considered.
What should I do if I receive a damaged/defective/incomplete/wrong order from Cover Looks?
For any defective, damaged, incomplete, wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received. Please share the images with the original labels, tags intact along with the invoice to care@coverlooks.shop and we will investigate the case and reply within 48 hours with the best available resolution.
** Any such complaint raised after 48 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.
My order shows delivered but I have not received it.
Generally, our courier partner delivers the order to the intended recipient at the delivery address only. In case, you have not received the order, we request you to call us on +91-97-11111-077 or mail us on care@coverlooks.shop within 48 hours of the delivery intimation from our end. We shall arrange a proof of delivery for you within 48 hours of your complaint from the aligned courier partner.

Please note that International Shipping cost will not be refunded.
